Manufacturing Engineering Project Manager

The Manufacturing Engineering Project Manager oversees manufacturing processes from pre- to post-production startup, implementing and coordinating technical and production activities throughout the project phase in coordination with the Manufacturing and technology function managers.
- Define Manufacturing investments, with the support of Plant Manufacturing and functional teams, of new projects by coordinating all phases of development and consolidation;
- Elaborate feasibility studies and analysis evaluating different scenarios and supporting the management in decision making
- Responsibility for project budget coordination;
- Interact with functional teams for lean manufacturing process analysis;
- Be involved proactively in the design of Work Environment Safety, design countermeasures to eliminate risk phases.
- Support production during start-up phases with related equipment and layout modification/implementation;
- Coordinate installation and MAP phases and ensure respect of planning;
- Manage the timelines and various activities required to complete the project within the set deadlines
- Draft the business cases related to specific projects;
- Manage economic resources within budget.
- Coordinate the resources involved in the project ensuring that different tasks are carried out with quality of outcome and adherence to schedule.

Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree in mechanical or related technical field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Language skills: English (written and spoken)
- Automotive Welding/ Painting / Assembly process knowledge, previous experience on Truck / Bus manufacturing processes are requested
- Effective communication and project presentation capacity, time management ability and problem-solving technics knowledge
- Ability to work in team with accountability and leadership
