Responsibilities
- Develop and continuously improve manufacturing processes to meet quality, safety, cost, and performance targets.
- Support feasibility studies, process optimization, and the resolution of day‑to‑day production issues.
- Contribute to engineering projects, ensuring delivery within planned timelines and budgets.
- Monitor and improve processes to reduce scrap, lower operating costs, and enhance product quality in valve manufacturing.
- Analyze process capability, equipment, and maintenance performance indicators to identify improvement opportunities.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, preventive maintenance planning, and machining process development for new products.
- Participate in new equipment installation projects, from planning through execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Production Management) or equivalent academic background.
- Previous experience in a similar role, also as an intern (a plus).

- The role and responsibilities will be shaped to reflect the individual's background and development needs.
- Understanding of technical drawings.
- Solid knowledge of general mechanics.
- General knowledge of industrial‑scale production processes (e.g., heat treatment, welding, grinding, etc.).
- PC skills, including Microsoft Office and CAD tools (e.g., Creo).
- Strong problem‑solving skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Fluent in Italian.
- Good command of English, enabling effective communication in a professional environment.
