As Managing Director Southern Europe, you will own regional strategy and the financial performance across multiple markets. You will lead a high‑impact, cross‑functional team to execute commercial and operating plans in line with the group’s objectives. You will build a high‑performance regional organisation and foster leadership capabilities for sustainable growth. • Define and execute the regional strategy aligned with Group objectives
• Own P&L and deliver Net Turnover, EBITDA, and cash flow targets
• Shape commercial strategy including key account management and business development

Responsabilità

• Senior leadership or General Management experience in the Food Industry
• Proven P&L management and multi‑market growth experience
• Deep understanding of B2B commercial dynamics and key account management
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting and forecasting expertise
• Proven leadership of matrix teams and ability to develop talent
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Strategic mindset with hands‑on execution capability
• Entrepreneurial spirit and change management skills
• Degree‑level education in business or related field
• Fluency in English, Italian & Spanish; other languages a plus
• High mobility across Southern Europe
