1. Advising clients on filling specialist and management positions domestically and internationally.
2. Acquiring new clients to expand your existing client base.
3. Establishing and maintaining long-term client relationships.
4. Managing and coordinating projects based on high standards of quality and service.

Requirements

• Completed university studies with several years of professional experience in executive search.
• Expertise in relevant industries and a broad range of specialist knowledge.
• Resilient network of clients and contacts.
• Strong communication and sales skills to provide excellent consulting performance.
• Proven success in building and expanding a business over the past years.
• Enthusiasm and a desire to continue achieving success.
• Structured and conscientious work ethic, even under time pressure.
• Open-minded, dynamic personality with initiative, self-motivation, persistence, and goal orientation.
• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting.
