Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Managing Director. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Sales and business development, with a proven ability to drive profitability and lead a diverse team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s strategic vision and goals in alignment with the overall corporate objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, suppliers, and industry partners.
• Ensure the company stays ahead of market trends, technological advances, and customer demands.
• Monitor financial performance, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow, and implement corrective actions as needed to ensure financial health.
• Lead, mentor, and develop senior management and cross-functional teams to ensure high levels of employee engagement, performance, and retention.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and teamwork within the organization.
• Oversee daily operations across all functions, including finance, sales, HR, production, procurement, logistics, and quality control, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Languages : Native speaking Italian skills are required + fluent in English.
