About the role
Präzi Parts, part of the German family owned Präzi Group, is looking for a hands‑on
Managing Director
to lead and further develop its Italian manufacturing site. The role combines full local business responsibility with strong operational and technical leadership across production, logistics, purchasing, quality, industrial engineering and maintenance. Your mission
You will lead the local company with accountability for operational and financial performance, while driving and improving professional structures, production reliability, customer delivery performance, safety, quality, cost discipline and sustainable growth. Key responsibilities
Lead the local company and management team with clear accountability for performance, people and execution. Drive OTD, productivity, quality, safety, cost, scrap/rework reduction and operational excellence based on the recently implemented ERP System Strengthen production, logistics, purchasing, quality, industrial engineering and maintenance processes. Develop KPI routines, leadership structures and professional management processes. Lead CAPEX, industrial engineering, technical improvement and transformation initiatives. Represent the company towards Group functions, customers, suppliers and local stakeholders. Build a strong, accountable and performance‑oriented leadership culture close to the shopfloor. Ideal profile
Senior experience as Managing Director, Plant Manager, COO, Operations Director or comparable industrial leadership role. Strong technical manufacturing and industrial engineering background, ideally in metal processing, steel, welding, machining, assembly, agricultural machinery, comparable industrial environments. Strong background in production planning based on ERP‑systems combined with high seasonality Proven responsibility for production, quality, maintenance, logistics, industrial engineering and operational improvement. P&L, budget, CAPEX, cost reduction and transformation experience. Hands‑on leadership style with strong shopfloor credibility and the ability to work in a Group matrix. Fluent Italian and excellent English and/or German What we offer
