In the role of Managing Director / CEO , the professional we are seeking will have full responsibility for the business development of the branch . Through the elaboration and definition of business strategies, the CEO will also play a key role in the national and international development of sales. Being directly responsible for coordinating, implementing, and supporting the sales team, he/she will establish and promote the growth objectives defined with the Board of directors.
In addition to a commercial and financial aptitude (P&L responsibility, forecasting, analysis), a strong inclination towards people management is required to create a positive and collaborative environment, ideal for encouraging and developing various teams.
The ideal candidate is a professional currently working as a Managing Director or General Manager in an international environment as business leader , or as a Commercial Director / Sales Director in local and international markets within structured companies, preferably in the industrial automation sector .
Proven experience in defining medium and long-term strategies and the ability to manage multi-site activities are required.
The leader we are seeking has skills in managing business transformations , such as sales growth, profitability and experience from change management, while maintaining a strong aptitude and sensitivity to the well‑being and development of their team.
A listening and empathetic disposition , along with good abilities to inspire and motivate those around them, are considered essential qualities for this role.
Proficiency in English is necessary.
