This role is part of our Remote Monitoring Solutions product line.

Reporting to the Operations Management, the role will be responsible for managing and developing the company’s entire Supply Chain, coordinating the Purchasing, Logistics, and Warehouse functions, with the objective of ensuring operational continuity, efficient flows, and support for business growth. The position combines a strong operational component—necessary to oversee day‑to‑day processes—with a strategic responsibility focused on structuring flows, improving performance, and developing a Supply Chain that can scale over time.

The Supply Chain Manager will work in close contact with operations, maintaining a hands‑on presence in processes, with the aim of evolving the Supply Chain from an execution function into a strategic lever for the organization.

We are looking for a hybrid profile, capable of operating effectively both at an operational and strategic level: Operational , in managing day‑to‑day activities and resolving critical issues. Strategic , in designing processes, setting priorities, and guiding the medium‑term evolution of the Supply Chain. A professional with a holistic view, able to become a key reference point within the organization.

As a Supply Chain Manager, you must be able to:

Supply Chain Governance

  • Manage procurement, logistics, and warehouse processes in an integrated manner, ensuring alignment between planning, production requirements, and material availability
  • Define, monitor, and improve Supply Chain KPIs (costs, on‑time delivery, service level, inventory turnover, supplier reliability)
  • Identify and manage Supply Chain risks (delays, bottlenecks, dependency on critical suppliers)
  • Support strategic decision‑making through data analysis and performance indicators
  • Manage the entire purchasing cycle: RFQs, negotiations, contract management, purchase order issuance, and delivery monitoring
  • Select, qualify, and develop the supplier base, with a focus on risk reduction and continuous performance improvement
  • Negotiate commercial and contractual terms in line with cost, quality, and service objectives
  • Supervise expediting activities and delivery date control
  • Coordinate the purchasing department, currently composed of one operational resource, providing structure, priorities, and direction

Logistics & Warehouse

  • Coordinate the logistics department (already led by a supervisor), ensuring efficient inbound and outbound material flows
  • Coordinate the warehouse team (2 operational resources), defining stock, replenishment, and inventory rotation policies
  • Optimize processes, layouts, and logistics flows in line with operational efficiency and company growth
  • Ensure consistency between physical inventory, information systems, and planning
  • Work closely with the Sales department to ensure alignment between sales forecasts and Supply Chain planning
  • Use Salesforce as the reference tool for forecast verification, analysis, and monitoring (activity to be implemented)
  • Translate sales forecasts into procurement requirements and appropriate inventory levels
  • Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process
  • Collaborate in the evolution of ERP systems (Microsoft NAV / SAP)
  • Support and lead the digitalization of Supply Chain processes
  • Improve data quality, reliability, and traceability across purchasing, logistics, and warehouse activities

People & Cross‑Functional Coordination

  • Coordinate and develop teams within Purchasing, Logistics, and Warehouse functions
  • Work closely with Production, Quality, Engineering, Sales, and Finance departments
  • Promote a culture of accountability, structured work methods, and continuous improvement

What makes you an asset to our team:

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related fields
  • Minimum of 6–8 years of experience in Supply Chain / Purchasing / Operations roles within industrial or manufacturing environments
  • Experience managing international suppliers and global supply flows
  • Strong knowledge of end‑to‑end Supply Chain processes
  • Proven negotiation and supplier management skills
  • Excellent knowledge of ERP systems (preferably Microsoft NAV and/or SAP)
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or CRM systems for forecast analysis and Sales interaction
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools
  • Ability to read bills of materials and technical drawings
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
  • Leadership mindset and ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams
