Overview

Manager - Strategic Advisory & Corporate Finance. Prometeia, a leading European company in Risk and Wealth Management solutions and services for institutional investors, is seeking a professional to join the Strategic Advisory & Corporate Finance team. The team serves financial intermediaries on the national territory, undertaking projects in strategic business planning, M&A advisory, and transformation management.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client operating contexts, historical performance, sector trends, and potential evolution of core business
• Support in creating economic-financial and equity projections
• Identify and monitor appropriate KPIs for business performance
• Evaluate the economic value of banks, industrial operators, company branches, and portfolios in the context of extraordinary operations
• Draft documents for business development and expert opinion as an independent third party
• Prepare estimation models and quantitative analyses on economic-financial and equity aspects
• Utilize software and data provider platforms to support evaluation analyses

Education and Experience

• Degree with excellent marks in economic/financial and engineering management subjects
• At least 3 years of experience advising banks, financial intermediaries, or companies on corporate strategy and extraordinary finance matters
• Fluency in English; knowledge of a second foreign language is a plus
