Manager of Controlling EMEA

Silca is a leading European company manufacturing key blanks, key-cutting machines and equipments dedicated to the production and key blanks processing.

Silca is part of dormakaba , a leading global provider in the access solutions market listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange in Zurich.

We are looking for a Manager of Controlling for the Region EMEA, based in our office in Vittorio Veneto (TV).

You will lead a team based in Italy and across European locations, while acting as the key interface with dormakaba Controlling.

Your tasks

• Manage the budgeting, forecasting and reporting activities.
• Monitor and review variances against budget and forecast, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
• Define, monitor, and analyze pre-closing and closing KPIs across different business functions.
• Analyze product cost structures and monitor deviations from standard costs.
• Oversee inventory accounting, material movement controls, and stock valuation.
• Prepare Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet reporting.
• Monitor CAPEX investments, assess investment profitability, and ensure compliance with Group approval processes and policies.
• Perform financial statement analysis for the legal entities under your responsibility.
• Coordinate and develop a team of finance professionals across multiple locations.

Your Skills

• Degree in Economics or equivalent.
• Significant experience as a Controlling Manager or Senior Controller, with people management responsibilities in manufacturing and multinational organizations.
• Proven expertise in budgeting & forecasting.
• Solid understanding of product costing, inventory accounting, and CAPEX controlling.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Fluent English (C1) and Italian

This is a permanent position, CCNL Metalmeccanico, Level A1 Quadro, + performance bonus and welfare.

The role is on-site, with one remote working day per week.
