Your opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager Industrial Controlling & Business Partner Manufacturing to lead the Team of industrial controllers for the Beverage BU. In this role, you will serve as a strategic business partner to the Supply Chain leadership team, supporting the full value chain from budgeting and performance analysis to operational efficiency and digital transformation.You will be responsible for driving financial visibility, shaping strategic decisions, and fostering a culture of ownership and performance accountability across manufacturing and supply chain operations. This role is instrumental in achieving cost optimization, enhancing productivity, and strengthening financial governance.
Your Mission
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of skilled industrial controllers in alignmentwith the department’s mission;
- Foster aperformance-driven and collaborative team culture with a focus on continuousimprovement and innovation;
- Ensure teammembers have clear objectives, development plans, and access to the necessarytools to succeed;
Business Partnering - Participatein defining the industrial and supply chain strategy by assessing the financialimplications of strategic choices;
- Act as akey financial advisor to the Manufacturing and Supply Chain functions,supporting decision-making through high-quality financial analysis and insight;
- Ensureend-to-end P&L accountability and visibility for the Supply Chain;
- Promotefinancial acumen and cost awareness within the operations community, empoweringteams to take ownership of their financial performance;
- Lead thedevelopment and implementation of efficient controlling processes and reportingtools across manufacturing sites;
- Lead localbudgeting and forecasting processes, including assumption validation andalignment with business plans;
- EnsureOn-Time In-Full (OTIF) monthly financial closing with accurate and transparentreporting;
- Deliver keymanufacturing controlling KPIs, with in-depth variance analysis and performanceoutlooks;
- Own andmanage project deviation monitoring, including root cause analysis (RCA) andresolution follow-up;
- Ensure fullcompliance with corporate financial policies, local regulations, and tax/legalrequirements;
- Supportboth internal and external audit processes, ensuring timely and accuratedocumentation;
- Maintainand reinforce strong internal control frameworks to safeguard the integrity offinancial data and assets;
- ChampionWorld Class Manufacturing (WCM) financial practices and contribute actively toimplementation across the manufacturing sites;
- Lead therollout of digital finance tools (e;g;, RPA, BI, Qlik Sense), improvingautomation and real-time analysis capabilities;
- Contributeto the One Finance Program by promoting digitization, process standardization,and innovation in financial practices;
- Build andmaintain effective interfaces with regional and global finance and businessteams to ensure reporting reliability and consistency.
Your Profile
- Master’s degree in Finance,Accounting, or related field;
- Minimum of 5 years’ experiencein Controlling, ideally in an industrial and international environment;
- Deep knowledge of IFRS andcontrolling principles;
- Hands-on experience with SAPFI/CO; proficiency in PowerBi is a strong plus;
