Position information:
The resource will report to the Head of Logistics & Customer Service and will be a reference to the logistics operator for operation and development activities and leading Customer service team with the purpose to improve the service level.
Our mix waiting for you:
- Monitoring of Supply Chain budget and analyzing monthly results;
- Actively support logistic contract management;
- Create, report and improve Supply Chain KPIs;
- Analyze logistics metrics in order toimprove results (logistic and transport);
- Lead Supply Chain strategic and operations projects and relative Continuous Improvement;
- Investigate and resolve customer complaint, dealing sales force claim and analyze Rca with relative action plan;
- Build a strong relationship with our providers;
- Own the tracking, reporting and systemic changes of logistics;
- Investigate issues in the logistic flow with provider;
- Warehouse inventory and accountability management;
- Manage the CS team for proper order flow (check alerts, OOS,OOC, commercial condition…) up to the proof of delivery;
- Develop skills, roles and organization of proper team.
Ingredients you bring with you:
- Engineering degree or equivalent university education;
- At least 5 years experience in logistics in structured companies, ideally in multinationals operating in FMCG/Food sector;
- Experience in Company with logistic managed by 3PL provider;
- Mastery of SAP system;
- Mastery in Excel tool;
- Knowledge of English language at least level B2;
- Ability to influence and persuade people;
- Claim management with internal ed external customers.
