Role description


We are looking for a highly motivated and strategic expert to drive growth across key industries and product lines. In this role, you will define and execute global marketing strategies that accelerate market penetration and deliver sustainable, profitable growth.


You will act as the central interface between Market, Product, and Commercial teams, translating customer and market insights into clear value propositions, go-to-market strategies, and effective commercial execution.


Main tasks and responsibilities


Industry & Product Go-to-Market Strategy

  • Define and execute global go-to-market strategies for assigned industries and product lines
  • Develop clear positioning, differentiation, and compelling value propositions
  • Act as industry lead, identifying customer needs and shaping portfolio strategy
  • Build strategic business models for specific product ranges
  • Own the industry product portfolio, ensuring consistent messaging and successful product launches
  • Lead cross-functional product launches in collaboration with R&D, Operations, and Marketing


Market, Industry & Competitive Intelligence

  • Conduct ongoing market, customer, and competitive analysis
  • Identify portfolio gaps and refine business models and value propositions
  • Translate insights into actionable recommendations for Product Development, Operations, Industry Management, and Marketing.


Sales Enablement

  • Drive sales enablement initiatives, including marketing packages and lead-generation campaigns
  • Deliver product and industry training to commercial teams
  • Support strategic customer focus (Global Accounts & International Key Accounts)
  • Ensure alignment between industry priorities and commercial execution



Education and experience

  • Preferred: Technical background in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in a B2B industrial environment
  • 5 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in a B2B industrial environment
  • Proven experience working in a matrix organization, with strong cross-functional leadership skills
  • Strong analytical mindset, with experience using market analysis tools (e.g., Power BI) and CRM/marketing automation platforms
  • Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, international environment
