Experience managing a team of Big Data, Cloud, or SaaS professionals Experience in consumption‑based business environments Mentoring and scaling technical teams Instituting processes for technical field members to improve efficiency and product focus Ability to partner and collaborate with Sales and cross‑functional leaders Passion for data and AI market and Cloud software models with a strong POV on value of Databricks solutions Technical or consulting background in Data Engineering, Database technologies or Data Science Strong communication skills; Italian native and fluent in English
