Manager – Corporate Finance & Strategy

As a Manager, you will play a key leadership role within our Corporate Finance & Strategy team with a dedicated focus on Private Capital. You will lead project teams in supporting Private Capital investors and portfolio companies across the entire investment lifecycle — from pre-deal strategy and transaction execution to post-deal value creation and exit planning.
You will be responsible for structuring and delivering high-impact client engagements, managing junior team members, and contributing to business development efforts. You will bring a strong combination of financial acumen and client management skills to help our clients unlock value and drive sustainable performance, as well as providing mentorship and guidance to junior team members.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Leading key workstreams and engagements, ensuring high-quality delivery, timeline adherence, and client satisfaction
• Overseeing commercial processes and coordinating inputs across functions during transaction support
• Guiding the development of investment and divestment materials
• Managing and mentoring junior team members, fostering their professional development
• Supporting senior leadership in client relationship management and business development initiatives, including proposal preparation and pitch presentations

Who we are looking for
We are seeking experienced professionals with a strong track record in Corporate Finance or Transaction Services ideally with exposure to the Private Capital practice. You should demonstrate leadership capabilities, a strategic mindset, and the ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects across different sectors and asset classes.

Required qualifications:

• 7+ years of relevant experience in Corporate Finance, Transaction Advisory or Investment roles, ideally with exposure to Private Equity, Private Debt or Real Estate
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage end-to-end project delivery
• Deep understanding of valuation techniques, financial modelling
• Strong business judgment and ability to translate financial into actionable recommendations
• Solid knowledge of financial statements, with familiarity in Italian and international accounting principles
• University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; additional certifications (e.g. CFA, ACA) are a plus
• Fluency in English (C1 level); additional languages are an advantage
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with data analysis tools and visualization platforms is a plus
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and client management skills
