Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree with excellent grades in economics, finance, statistics, or engineering disciplines, along with solid quantitative knowledge
  • Experience and/or skills in ESG risk management, focusing on data collection, measurement, analysis, and reporting
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); programming skills (e.g., Python) are a plus

Additional qualifying experience includes:

  • Analysis of regulatory environment and best practices in ESG risk management for financial institutions
  • Implementation of ESG disclosure standards (TCFD, TNFD, EU Taxonomy, EBA-ESG Pillar 3)
  • Knowledge of banking regulatory reporting templates
  • Understanding of corporate sustainability reporting standards (NFRD, CSRD, GRI, SASB)

Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication and management skills
  • Problem-solving and solution proposing abilities
  • Organizational and data processing skills
  • Team-building and interpersonal skills (empathy, open-mindedness, flexibility)
  • Excellent command of English
