These roles are ideal for candidates with experience in heavy structural civil works in industrial environments, including steel/metallurgical plants, revamping, and turnkey projects.
️ Desired Experience by Position:
Construction Manager / Project Manager Civil Senior: 15–20+ years, turnkey EPC projects, site management, budgeting, subcontractor coordination.
Senior Civil Supervisor / Civil Supervisors: 10–15+ years, in-situ & precast reinforced concrete, revamping projects.
QC Civil / QC Civil Assistant: 5–15 years, civil works quality control, inspection, reporting.
Technical Office / Site Office Engineer: 5+ years, design support, technical office activities, as-built documentation.
Civil Works Accounting / Assistant: 10+ years, works accounting, project control, subcontractor cost management.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying (Geometra), or related field
Proven experience in civil works supervision or project management in industrial environments
Strong knowledge of construction execution phases, heavy structural works, and quality control
