About The Role And The Team
The Controller and Business Partner will play a critical role in managing the financial operations of the subsidiary, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing strategic insights to support business decisions. This role requires strong financial management skills, excellent analytical abilities, and effective collaboration across departments.

What You’ll Do
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and management reports.
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, providing detailed analysis and strategic insights.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with department heads and senior management to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
- Monitor and control costs, optimize resource use, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and company policies.
Qualifications
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a subsidiary of a larger organization.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and Italian GAAP standards.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment, understanding industry-specific financial and operational processes.
- Expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Fluent in English and Italian.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or similar certification preferred.
