The Maître is crucial for providing exceptional service and ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction in our luxury dining environment. This role involves leadership in service execution, wine knowledge dissemination, and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Service & Quality
- Offer exceptional service, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.
- Utilize strong sales skills with the ability to upsell and enhance guest experiences.
Team Training & Compliance
- Train front-of-house staff on wine knowledge, proper service techniques, and pairing recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with all local and national alcohol laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Maître in a luxury hotel or fine dining environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced English level (B2+).
