The Maître is crucial for providing exceptional service and ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction in our luxury dining environment. This role involves leadership in service execution, wine knowledge dissemination, and compliance standards.


Key Responsibilities


Guest Service & Quality

  • Offer exceptional service, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.
  • Utilize strong sales skills with the ability to upsell and enhance guest experiences.


Team Training & Compliance

  • Train front-of-house staff on wine knowledge, proper service techniques, and pairing recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with all local and national alcohol laws and regulations.


Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Maître in a luxury hotel or fine dining environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced English level (B2+).
