For the Summer 2026 season, we are looking for a Maître to join our team at Mangia's Favignana Resort. The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring an efficient, well-coordinated service that meets Mangia’s quality standards. They will coordinate the dining room staff, support management, and intervene directly in customer relations when necessary
