Are you a hands-on technical professional who enjoys troubleshooting, maintenance, and working with machines? We are looking for Technical Service Employees to join a modern food production environment in the Netherlands. You’ll work in a close-knit technical team, keeping production lines running smoothly and improving machinery performance.
Your Role
As a Technical Service Employee, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting a wide range of production equipment. You’ll work with both mechanical and electrical systems and help improve processes on the shop floor.
You may be responsible for:
- Troubleshooting machines and production lines
- Performing preventive and corrective maintenance
- Checking and executing tasks in the maintenance system
- Supporting technical improvement projects
- Working closely with operators to resolve malfunctions quickly
- Ensuring minimal downtime and safe operations
What You Bring
- Technical background in Mechanical Engineering or similar
- Experience with maintenance and troubleshooting
- Team-player mindset with clear communication skills
- Ability to stay calm and solve problems under pressure
- Proactive attitude and willingness to suggest improvements
- English proficiency is required
- Willingness to relocate to the Netherlands

- Salary: €3,500 – €4,000 gross per month

- Overtime: 25% on top of hourly wage
