Salary: €3,500 - €4,000 gross per month (depending on experience)
Your Responsibilities
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of production equipment within a food manufacturing environment.
Your duties will include:
- Troubleshooting mechanical and electrical breakdowns
- Performing preventive and corrective maintenance
- Repairing and replacing machine components
- Minimizing downtime and ensuring continuous production
- Working with production lines, conveyors, packaging machines, and processing equipment
- Working with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and automated systems
- Supporting machine improvements and technical projects
- Reading technical drawings and maintenance documentation
- Performing inspections and ensuring equipment safety
- Recording maintenance activities in maintenance management systems
- Collaborating closely with operators and production teams
What We're Looking For
- Technical education in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electromechanics, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field
- Previous maintenance experience within the food industry is preferred
- Experience troubleshooting and maintaining industrial production machinery
- Strong mechanical knowledge with basic electrical troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of pneumatics; PLC experience is a plus
- Experience with packaging, processing, conveyor, or automated production equipment is highly desirable
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills in English
