What You Will Do
As Maintenance Planner , you will report to the Maintenance Manager . In this capacity, you will support the planning and coordination of maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and safety standards. Your most critical deliverables for this role are:
- Manage the administrative and documentation aspects of maintenance operations
- Interface with internal teams to initiate and follow up on purchase orders
- Handle safety-related documentation and ensure regulatory compliance
- Draft and update operational procedures (OPL, SOP, WI) to support the QEHS Management System
- Record maintenance interventions in the Access database
- Log activities in JDE
- Support cost analysis activities when required
- Provide secretarial and organizational support to the Plant Director and Maintenance Manager
Who You Are
Your colleagues describe you as someone who takes accountability for his or her actions, is respectful of others, and remains resilient in the face of change. In addition, you also have the following:
- High school diploma or technical qualification in industrial maintenance or related field
- Basic knowledge of electromechanical maintenance for industrial machinery and systems
- Strong PC skills and precision in data entry
- Proficiency in Excel and ability to analyze data
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments
- Familiarity with safety documentation and maintenance planning tools
- Willingness to learn and use company systems such as JDE and Access
- You must be within commutable distance of Brembate and must not require any form of visa sponsorship.
