Maintenance Engineer, based in Meldola (Italy)

Your role

  • Execute preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment, HVAC systems, cleanrooms, and radiation shielding devices.
  • Support equipment qualification, calibration, and validation activities in collaboration with QA and production teams.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with GMP and regulatory standards.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and propose solutions to minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and contractors for specialized interventions.
  • Participate in audits and inspections, providing technical support and documentation.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to equipment reliability and process efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with radiation safety procedures and environmental health standards.

Your expertise

Education (Minimum/Preferred)

  • Technical diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering; specialization in pharmaceutical or nuclear technologies is a plus.

Languages

  • Local language and proficient in English, both written and spoken.

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years in maintenance roles within GMP-regulated environments; experience in radiopharmaceuticals or nuclear medicine is highly desirable.
