About the Job

The Maintenance Agent is responsible for the daily operation and upkeep of the hotel, ensuring that all work complies with current safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring and maintaining technical installations (laundry, water treatment systems, etc.)
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting faults in equipment and installations
• Performing repairs on various surfaces and facilities (painting, flooring, etc.)
• Contributing to guest comfort and satisfaction
• Ensuring and participating in the safety of people and property
• Supporting service organization by proposing solutions for continuous improvement initiatives

About You

• You have experience as a Maintenance Agent or in a similar role
• You are detail-oriented, technically versatile, and have strong analytical skills
• You are proactive and responsive, with technical knowledge in electricity, plumbing, and carpentry
• You have a genuine interest in the hotel industry
