Your opportunity

Sidel is looking for a Machine Leader for small groups, modules and equipment. He/she will be part of the production department, reporting to the workshop leader.

Your Mission

• Perform activities according to safety rules & standards defined, highlighting possible improvements and dangerous or unsafe behaviours.
• Maintain own workplace clean and well-organized applying 5S methodology.
• Perform the routine and standard activities as required.
• Follow up and track activities with relevant modules and forms.
• Highlight any deviation from the standard time, providing the evidence.
• Guarantee the requested quality of all the activities performed.
• Support and contribute to the initiatives of continuous improvement.
• If applicable, train and coordinate all resources given.
• If applicable, interface with other functions (quality, industrial engineering, technical department, warehouse, procurement, etc).

Your Profile

Level Of Education And Languages

• High school degree or equivalent.
• Italian speaking is a must.
• English/French speaking is an advantage.

Required Experience And Skills

• Drawings reading capabilities.
• Measurement tools knowdleg.
• Years of experience in mechanical field (food/beverage machinery is an advantage).
• Availability for short business trip is an advantage.
