Adecco Italia SpA selects for a consumer goods (GDO) food sector company a butcher.

The candidate must have at least 3-4 years of experience working in the GDO or supermarkets as a butcher (not from industrial slaughterhouses). The chosen candidate will report to the head of the butchery department.

The role involves preparing and cutting beef, pork and poultry meat, handling cutting, packaging of meat, setting up the take‑away counter, ensuring product traceability, unloading goods, and sanitizing the work environment. Assisted sales service is provided.

Available work shifts are from 06:30/07:00 (the shift will start at least an hour or one and a half hour before opening). Shifts are continuous but on occasion split shifts may be required.

We are looking for a vigilant, responsible, willing, competent, precise, orderly and flexible person.

Initial temporary contract for 3‑6 months, with possibility of extension and permanent placement. Classification 3rd or 4th level CCNL of Commerce. Full‑time availability.
