Location: Treviso area or near a major Italian airport
Travel: Up to 50% within Italy; occasional European trips

What You’ll Be Doing
- Convert baling machinery from steel to plastic tie systems at client sites
- Run trials, calibrate systems, and train operators on new usage
- Act as the link between engineering, commercial and customer teams
- Provide insights from the field to support product development
What You’ll Bring
- 2–5 years’ experience working with industrial machinery—preferably balers
- A practical engineering background (mechanical, technical or mechatronic)
- Proven ability to troubleshoot in the field
- Confidence working directly with customers on-site
