Our client, a leading M&A advisory boutique, is seeking a Vice President to join its Milan office. The firm advises on high-profile mid-cap deals across Europe, with strong sector expertise in industrials, consumer, and technology. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced M&A professional to lead transactions and play a strategic role in the firm’s continued growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead execution of live M&A mandates, including financial analysis, process management, and client communication.
- Coordinate cross-border deal teams and manage interactions with buyers, sellers, and advisors.
- Supervise and mentor analysts and associates on deliverables and transaction workflows.
- Contribute to business development efforts and pitch preparation.
Qualifications :
- 6–9 years of M&A experience, ideally from a top-tier investment bank or advisory boutique.
- Strong execution track record on both sell-side and cross-border transactions.
- Fluent in Italian and English;
other European languages a plus.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and technical skills.
