We are specialists aligned to Accenture’s priority business offerings with expertise in go-to-market strategies and positioning to win new business. We work with offering leadership, providing market insights, tailored messaging, and curated sales assets to originate, sell, and win.

M&A Solution Advisory, within the Strategy & Consulting Global Network, is an extension of the Accenture Transaction Advisory practice. We collaborate with M&A and Private Equity practitioners, industry experts, and client leaders to originate deals, develop discussion materials, craft proposals, and perform preliminary analyses.

You are :

An M&A Solution Advisory Manager with experience working with senior stakeholders. You possess executive presence and deep Mergers and Acquisitions expertise. You understand how to win consulting work, build trust, and partner effectively with senior leaders. While direct client-facing roles are not required, you demonstrate client-centricity and a focus on client value creation.

What would you do?

The M&A Solution Advisor develops proposals related to deal planning, transaction execution, and value creation for corporate and financial investors, aligned with Accenture’s end-to-end offerings, including:

  • Pre-deal support, such as market assessment, target screening, and due diligence
  • Merger integration, including day 1 readiness, post-close support, and value capture
  • Carve-out and divestiture activities, including design, execution, and transition to standalone
  • Corporate and portfolio strategy, such as operating model design and digital transformation
  • M&A capability development and maturity assessment

The Manager acts as a key contact for internal teams, developing proposal content, managing stakeholder relationships, and supporting deal origination efforts.

What are we looking for?

  • Structured thinker with a quantitative mindset
  • 5–8 years of experience in transaction management and M&A programs
  • Knowledge of the deal lifecycle, M&A constructs, and definitions
  • Experience in business development and proposal writing
  • Professional-level mastery of English (oral and written)
  • Excellent communication skills, clarity, and conciseness
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong relationship management skills across all levels
  • Collaborative attitude for virtual teamwork
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel

Role and Responsibilities

  • Develops proposals for clients and investors, collaborating with teams across Accenture
  • Builds trust with Transaction Advisory leadership to support deal origination
  • Aligns content and messaging with deal teams for proposals and presentations
  • Maintains sales assets and knowledge repositories
  • Coordinates with graphics and research teams to support internal clients
  • Provides feedback and support to team members
