We are seeking an Analyst to join the Corporate Advisory team in Milan, which is responsible for M&A activities for mid‑market in Italy.
Responsibilities
Support the day‑to‑day of transaction execution and pitching efforts. Draft presentations, information memorandum and other marketing materials. Run financial models (DCF, LBO) and other valuation data set (trading and transaction comps). Conduct market analysis. Execute smoothly and autonomously all relevant duties assigned in the context of marketing and execution activities. Skills
Master’s degree in finance or business administration from a Business or Engineering School. Fluency in English. At least 1 year as a Full‑Time Analyst within a corporate finance environment (leading investment bank, elite boutique or similar). Strong analytical and quantitative skills. Experience with financial statement analysis and financial modelling. Ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines. Good knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, Bloomberg and FactSet.
