Experteer Overview

You will lead and execute complex M&A and Private Equity advisory across buy-side and sell-side mandates in Italy and cross-border deals. You will manage senior client relationships, coordinate internal teams, and oversee the end-to-end transaction process. ESG considerations are integrated into origination and client advisory. The role sits at the intersection of client strategy, deal execution, and franchise development within SG CIB.

• Originate and execute M&A and Private Equity-related transactions across buy-side and sell-side mandates
• Advise clients on strategic transactions, investments, and divestments
• Lead marketing activities, pitches, and client engagement
• Manage transaction execution including due diligence, financial analysis, valuation, and negotiation
• Coordinate internal teams and supervise junior bankers
• Integrate ESG considerations into origination strategy and client advisory
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory, risk, and conduct standards

Responsabilità

• Degree from a leading business school or university
• Proven track record in originating and executing M&A transactions involving corporates and private equity sponsors
• Strong expertise in Corporate Finance and Investment Banking products
• Italian language at C2 and English at C1
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial databasesExcellent communication, advisory, and negotiation skills
• Solid understanding of financial, operational, and compliance risks
