Experteer Overview
As Senior Manager, you will lead brownfield origination and cross-border M&A across Europe to grow Nadara’s renewable portfolio. You work closely with developers, utilities, and advisors to identify value-driven opportunities and shape deals in solar, wind, and storage. You will coordinate due diligence, structuring, and negotiations to deliver robust investment theses and successful closings. This role blends strategic sourcing with execution leadership in a fast-growing, international context. You’ll contribute to Nadara’s mission of living energy by expanding our portfolio and optimizing value across markets.
Retribuzione / Benefits
- Build and manage pan-European brownfield pipeline across IT, PT, ES, UK, FR (solar, wind, storage)
- Develop proprietary deal flow through relationships with developers, IPPs, advisors, funds, OEMs and utilities
- Monitor market dynamics, remuneration schemes, grid constraints, repowering frameworks, and regulatory evolution
- Perform rapid technical and commercial screening of assets and define acquisition rationale aligned with portfolio strategy
- Define optimal transaction structures (share/asset deals, SPVs, carve-outs, refinancing, grid and land transfers) and lead negotiations on pricing and LOIs/MoUs
- Coordinate cross-border due diligence (technical, financial, legal) and translate findings into risk mitigation and value optimisation
- Lead execution and closing across multiple legal systems, ensuring handover to Asset Management and Operations
Responsabilità
- >8 years in M&A or Corporate Development, preferably in renewables or infrastructure
- Proven track record of originating and executing transactions across multiple European markets (at least two of IT, PT, ES, UK, FR)
- Experience managing complex cross-border deal processes and external stakeholders
- Strong valuation, financial modelling, and scenario analysis
- Ability to challenge technical assumptions and manage negotiations with cross-cultural stakeholders
- Solid knowledge of European renewable regulatory frameworks
- High autonomy with an ownership mindset in fast-paced environments
- Fluent English; Italian, Spanish, French or Portuguese a plus
