M&A Associate - Investment Bank

Our client, an established and globally recognised Investment Bank is seeking a highly motivated M&A Associate to join its growing investment banking team in Milan. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven professional at the early Associate level to gain hands-on experience in complex, cross-border transactions across a wide range of sectors.

You'll be part of a collaborative and high-performing team, working closely with senior bankers and clients on live deals from day one.

Support the execution of M&A transactions, including financial analysis, valuation, and due diligence.

Prepare client presentations, pitch materials, and transaction documentation.

Contribute to the development of junior analysts and foster a team-oriented culture.

3-4 years of experience in M&A, investment banking, or corporate finance.

Strong technical skills in financial modelling, valuation, and transaction analysis.

Solid understanding of the Italian and broader European M&A landscape.

Fluent in Italian and English.
