In our dynamic, international, and highly collaborative environment, we are looking for a Senior Manager to join our Technology M&A area based in Milan.

This role offers the opportunity to have a direct impact on the definition and execution of strategic M&A initiatives, with a strong focus on technology and digital transformation.

You will work on complex transactions, supporting Private Equity funds, strategic investors, and entrepreneurs throughout the entire transaction lifecycle: from due diligence, to deal execution and post‑merger integration activities.

Our approach combines management consulting, corporate finance, and technology expertise, positioning the team as a trusted partner at the intersection of Technology and M&A.

Your Role & Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Development

  • Develop, lead and motivate our Technology M&A team in Italy
  • Foster professional growth by promoting a culture of collaboration, excellence, and accountability

Business Development & Market Presence

  • Lead business development activities in the Italian market, from opportunity origination to deal closure
  • Build and strengthen long‑term relationships with Private Equity firms, corporates, and entrepreneurs
  • Contribute to positioning the team as a reference point in the Technology M&A market

Project & Client Management

  • Take end‑to‑end responsibility for project management, including planning, delivery, team coordination, and quality assurance
  • Work closely with key stakeholders, including C‑level clients, to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions
  • Ensure delivery excellence across all phases of the transaction

Collaboration & Growth

  • Actively collaborate with the global team to further strengthen the firm’s presence and footprint in the Italian market
  • Contribute to the development of the offering and the overall growth of the Technology M&A practice

Background & Experience

  • Master’s degree or equivalent, with a strong academic track record
  • 10–15 years of experience in M&A, with a strong technology focus
  • Solid experience in Technology Due Diligence, IT carve‑outs, and/or Post‑Merger Integration (IT and Operations experience is considered a plus)

Professional Skills

  • Proven ability to provide strategic advisory services to C‑level stakeholders
  • Strong track record in business development and supporting organizational growth
  • Deep knowledge of the market and key players, with established and ongoing relationships
  • Strong execution mindset and results orientation

Personal Attributes

  • Strong leadership skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship skills
