Client is only considering people with 7+ years of tenured luxury services sales experience. You will not be selling "goods." This is in the home service industry. This is a start-up dedicated to disrupt the home warranty industry for the luxury home owner.

Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly successful Sales Representative who has consistently exceeded targets and is hungry to close bigger, better, and smarter. This role is designed for a proven producer who knows how to open doors, build meaningful client relationships, and deliver results.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage qualified prospects through cold outreach, referrals, and networking
- Close high-value deals and consistently exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Maintain a robust pipeline and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to signed contract
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client success and maximize revenue opportunities
- Provide detailed documentation of sales results and performance metrics
- Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and deep product knowledge
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of B2B/B2C sales experience with a proven, top-performing track record
- Must provide documented proof of past sales performance (e.g., awards, commission statements, ranking reports, testimonials)
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
- Tech-savvy with experience in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in high-end hospitality, legal, insurance, or real estate verticals
- History of selling high-ticket or consultative services
- Existing book of business or strong referral network
