You will train and supervise the service team, manage staffing and briefings, and ensure flawless guest experiences in line with LQA and Forbes standards.
Ideal candidates bring 2–3 years of upscale restaurant management experience, fluency in Italian and English, and strong leadership with a refined hospitality touch.
