Four Seasons Hotel Firenze seeks a Pastry Commis de Partie – Pastry to assist in creating pastries, cakes, desserts, and ice creams to the highest standards. You will maintain clean stations, manage mise en place, and support other kitchen sections as needed.
The role requires prior pastry experience, knife skills, and a strong grasp of food safety. Fluency in Italian is expected; English is an advantage. Full-time position with competitive benefits at Florence's luxury hotel.
