You will shape workforce planning, recruitment, compensation benchmarking, training, and HR readiness for pre-opening activities.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business related field, 5+ years in luxury hotel HR, and fluency in English and Italian, with EU/EEA eligibility to work in Italy.
