Luxury Guest Experience Leader

Intercontinental Hotels Group is seeking a GEM (Guest Experience Maker) Supervisor for their Six Senses property in Rome. In this role, you will lead the Guest Experience department, ensuring exceptional service and adherence to brand standards.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or a related field, alongside three or more years of Front Office experience in luxury hotels. Fluency in English is required and additional languages are preferred.
