Luxury Boutique Hospitality Lead

Job Purpose

We are looking for a Catering Specialist to support in-store hospitality activities and contribute to delivering an elevated client experience within our boutiques. This role plays a key part in creating a refined and welcoming atmosphere, ensuring that every detail of the catering service reflects the brand's standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a warm and professional welcome to clients, contributing to a high‑end store atmosphere
• Support the setup and management of catering services (welcome drinks, coffee service, light food offerings)
• Ensure impeccable presentation and organization of all hospitality areas
• Maintain cleanliness, order, and attention to detail in all service‑related spaces
• Assist the boutique team during events, peak periods, and special client activations
• Handle client requests with discretion, professionalism, and efficiency
• Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and service standards at all times

Knowledge and Skills

• Previous experience in hospitality, luxury retail, events, or catering
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Team player with a proactive and detail‑oriented approach
• Positive attitude and energy
• Attention to detail and aesthetic sensitivity
• Ability to anticipate client needs with discretion
