Goodyear is seeking an HR partner to shape employee experience and align people practices with business needs in a fast-paced, global environment. You will partner with leaders, coach managers, advise on labor law, policies and employee relations, and oversee HR processes across the lifecycle.
Fluency in English and French is preferred; Luxembourg knowledge is a plus. This hybrid role supports collaboration with HR teams and shared services to drive talent development and an inclusive culture.
