You will contribute for the evolution strategy, analysis and promotion of the loyalty program We Sisal on the online and retail channel.**What you’ll do:*** Support to conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and market trends about the loyalty program We Sisal* Collaborate to ideate e new features idea actionable to enhancement the loyalty customer experience e mechanics* Monitor key metrics and transactional/behavioral customer base data to optimize the loyalty program, with the ability to interpret performance metrics* Analyze campaign performance using KPI’s (e.G.
