Loyalty Agent

Adecco Italia Spa is looking for a Operations - Linehaul Dispatch Agent - to be hired for an initial 6-month temporary agency assignment.

Key responsibilities:

• Support daily linehaul operations and coordination;
• Monitor transport flows and ensure on-time execution;
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners;
• Managing inbound and outbond documents flow;
• Providing support to subcontractors driver and assisting them with issues resolution;
• Contacting internal customers when needed to obtain additional information or advise on potential service-related issues;

Profile requirements:

• Experience in logistics / transport / operations environment;
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to work in a dynamic and time-critical operational context;
• Fluent in English and Italia;
• Good Microsoft Office & PC skills;
• Good geographical knowledge;
• Focused on accuracy and attention to detail;
• Driven to solve problems while using planning and organizing skills;
• Able to communicate and align with different stakeholders;

The contract is full-time, with the following shifts: 17:00/01:00, 22:00/06:00, 02:00/10:00.

Total Base Pay Range: 2.100 – 2.300 EUR Montly 14.
