About The Role
Peraton is currently seeking a talented Logistic professional to join Peraton's Southern European Task Force - Africa (SETAF-AF) Strategic Mission Support II (SMS II) program, within the Logistics Operations Division of the Directorate of Logistics, SETAF-AF.
Location & Responsibilities
Under limited supervision, perform technical asset management related to depot, local, or other supply activities. Tasks may be segregated by commodity or function, and vary in difficulty, complexity, or responsibility.
You will support Divisional leadership by:
- Property Accountability & Asset Management : Ensure 100% accountability of authorized equipment using GCSS-Army, conduct inventories, reconcile discrepancies, manage redistribution, and serve as DODAAC Coordinator.
- Task Order Completion Training & Advisory Support : Advise property book personnel on accountability processes, provide supply chain advice, and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Audit Compliance & Records Management : Maintain audit-ready records, ensure compliance with regulations, and support audit readiness.
- Exercise & Operational Support : Provide logistics support for exercises and operations, attend meetings, and manage inventory and redistribution of equipment.
- Turn In and Lateral Transfers : Verify records, coordinate logistics, manage GCSS-Army transactions, and conduct joint inventories.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications : Bachelor's degree and 8 years of relevant experience, or HS diploma with 4 additional years of experience; 6 years U.S. Army experience; 3 years recent experience with Army accountability; active Secret Security clearance; eligibility to work in Italy.
Preferred Qualifications : 12 years of US Army Logistics experience; former US Army Senior NCO (MSG) or Warrant Officer (CW2-CW5).
Salary & Benefits
Target Salary Range: $80,000 - $128,000. Equal opportunity employer, including for disability and protected veterans.
