Logistics Specialist

In this role you will support bid and project logistics for the Transmission BU, ensuring logistics costs and documentation are prepared for proposals and coordinating execution of projects in the portfolio. You will collaborate with Sales, Bid Management, Engineering, Purchasing, Planning and Installation teams to ensure timely offers or subcontracting of services. The position emphasizes improving logistics flows, packaging design and quality and HSE adherence. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role with a focus on on-time delivery and process improvement. Health insurance Transport or parking facilitation Remote work flexibility Support logistics package submission during bidding and coordinate services from contractors Prepare logistics costs for proposed solutions at offer stage Develop logistics concepts and tender documentation Coordinate with engineering, installation and commercial teams on project delivery requirements Plan and coordinate transport to site or storage to ensure on-time delivery Solicit quotes for subcontracted logistics services and evaluate offers from a technical perspective Contribute to lessons learned, continuous improvement of logistics flows, packaging design and internal processes Implement necessary Quality and HSE requirements to logistics activities Fluent in Italian and English Academic background in Operations - Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Economics Over 3 years experience in Supply Chain or Projects Logistics Experience in a multi-cultural environment with multiple interfaces Willingness to travel to site Proactive with strong interest in the industry Good knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Project Proactivity Strong communication Cross-functional collaboration Excel Microsoft Project Logistics planning
