About Us

We are a leading multinational company specializing in the design and manufacture of electric motors. With a global footprint and a commitment to innovation, we are currently seeking a highly motivated Logistics Procurement Specialist .


Main Responsibilities

  • Strategy Execution: Develop and lead long-term procurement strategies for all modes (Ocean, Road, Air, and Parcel) across Europe.
  • Strategic Sourcing: Act as the expert in TCO, Category Management, and Porter’s 5 Forces to drive cost reductions and quality.
  • Direct Negotiations: Lead regional and global negotiations, including direct contracting with Ocean carriers and Steamship lines.
  • Innovation & Implementation: Seek and implement advanced solutions such as 4PL, Logistics Control Towers , and freight consolidation.
  • KPI Management: Oversee critical procurement indicators including savings, payment terms (FCF), SLAs, and SRM metrics.
  • Process Optimization: Ensure legal and financial compliance by benchmarking and improving internal purchasing processes.


Requirements

  • Experience: 5–10 years of solid experience in Logistics Procurement.
  • Education: Degree in Engineering, Management, Economics, or Supply Chain/Logistics.
  • Technical Expertise: Advanced knowledge of Strategic Sourcing tools (TCO, SWOT, etc.) and experience with ERP (SAP) .
  • Industry Knowledge: Proven track record in negotiating with Ocean carriers and implementing 4PL or Control Tower solutions.
  • Languages: Fluent English is required; Italian or French is highly desirable.
