Logistics Expert (Cat. I or II)

NTU International A/S is leading a consortium for the proposal preparation of the EU funded project called: EOM 2026 and is currently seeking qualified professionals to join the project team.

The overall objective of this assignment is to:

• strengthen democratisation, good governance and conflict prevention;
• contribute to reducing inter alia the possibility of fraud, manipulation, intimidation which could undermine the electoral processes;
• improve the legal framework and conduct of future elections, as well as public confidence in the institutions;
• inform the European institutions on the conduct of elections in selected third countries.

Duration: The intended start date is 1 January 2026 and the period of implementation of the contract will be 48 months from this date.

Key Expert: Logistics Expert (Cat. I or II)

Qualifications and Skills:

• University degree in project management, business/public administration, finance, economics, international relations or related field; – OR 5 years of additional relevant professional experience in lieu of degree.
• Proficiency in English and EU EOM working language (C1).
• Knowledge of EU institutions and EC procedures.

General Experience:

• Cat. I: 10+ years / Cat. II: 5+ years in logistics/admin of international operations.

Specific Experience:

• Operations in difficult conditions.
• Team and budget management.
• Prior EU EOM logistics experience.
• First-aid experience (asset).
