Logistics Engineering - Stage

The candidate will be included in the Plant Logistics team and the internship will be part of the continuous improvement of the Plant, with the aim of reducing losses and waste present in the factory production system and developing the skills and know-how of problem solving.

In particular, the candidate will support the Logistics department in the processes of:

- Material analysis (PN-flow matrix);

- Layout analysisconsistent with the hypothesized power supply logic;

- Kaizen management / projects / saving / matrix E);

- LEWO analysis (Logistic Emergency Work Order);

- Updating of signs / visual aids;

- Logistics Engineering office support.

OBJECTIVES AND EXPECTED RESULTS

- Optimize logistical flows and material management by concentrating the activity on losses, the elimination of which can bring greater benefits and improve the efficiency of the Plant;

- Drastically reduce process inefficiencies;

- Eliminate non-value-added activities by reducing waste and developing a widespread attitude towards improvement;

- Develop specific Problem Solving skills

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Economics, Management Engineering or similar high school qualifications;

- Good knowledge of the English language, written and spoken. German is considered as a plus;

- Good knowledge of MS Office;

- Team building and excellent relationship skills are the soft skills that complete the profile.
