About the Opportunity:
On behalf of our client, a key player in the Oil & Gas sector, we are seeking a Logistics Data Entry to support a major project in Rotterdam Netherlands. This is an exceptional opportunity for recent graduates to step into the industry and gain hands-on experience in a global environment.
What you will do:
- Manage logistics data entry for materials, deliveries, inventory, and transport movements, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Coordinate flights and personnel rotations, including mobilization, demobilization, and travel changes.
- Arrange accommodation and housing for project staff, and organize local transportation.
- Provide day-to-day logistical and administrative support to site personnel, acting as a primary point of contact for local arrangements and onboarding support.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Italian and English .
- Good working knowledge of Excel and ability to use digital tools and software efficiently.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, site-based project environment.
